With more than 20 years IT experience, Erik is currently the senior systems administrator for Hope Media Group (KSBJ/NGEN Radio) in Houston, TX. Previously, he worked at Principal Financial Group and Wells Fargo. Before jumping into IT, he started in a help desk role, then moved into application support/system administration and then to management. He also runs a successful nationwide IT managed services practice for almost five years. Erik holds a BA in business management from William Penn University, and is married and has four children who keep him busy with AAU basketball. He is a big sports fan and loves watching the Chicago Cubs and Kansas City Chiefs.
