The Chapter Operations Manual is available online at the SBE web site and includes suggested practices for meetings, handling of funds, record keeping and leadership structure and duties. It also includes a sample set of chapter by-laws that local chapters may use as a guide to create or modify their own, and other information you'll find helpful.
