The Certified Production Technologist is an entry-level certification for those who are involved in the non-traditional broadcasting industry. Certification can be obtained by passing the certification exam.
The Certified Production Technologist Exam: Exams are three hours and consist of 50 multiple-choice questions relating to either Audio or Video. Each exam is computer-selected from a pool of questions, and every exam is unique. Each correct answer will be worth two (2) points. The production technologist multiple choice examination will consist of questions on:
- Audio and or Video
- General Theory
- Safety
- Streaming
