The annual Society of Broadcast Engineers National Meeting will be held in Middleton, WI, on Sept. 10-11, 2024, in conjunction with the Midwest Regional Broadcasters Clinic, presented by The Wisconsin Broadcasters Association and the Minnesota Broadcasters Association. SBE members from the region and across the country are invited to attend. The SBE national Meeting includes the SBE Annual Membership Meeting and annual SBE National Awards Reception and Dinner. Program details are below. Admission to the SBE National Meeting requires registration to the Clinic. (All times are Central Time.)

Awards Dinner Keynote Speaker:
Poray was named a Fellow of the SBE in 2003, and a Life Member upon his retirement. He was a member of the Indiana Society of Association Executives for more than 30 years, serving as its president in 2016. He was named its Association Executive of the Year in 2020. He earned the Certified Association Executive designation from the American Society of Association Executives in 1989. |
John Poray retired at the end of 2020, after devoting his 44-year career to the service of non-profit, membership-based organizations. He spent the last 28 of those years as executive director of the Society of Broadcast Engineers.SBE Schedule
