SMPTE – ST2110 Basics

Originally streamed September 23, 2021

This webinar provides an overview of SMPTE ST2110 – the industry standard for IP-based studio and playout-center infrastructure.  It is targeted at broadcast professionals with basic knowledge of IP networking, but does not expect any pre-requisite knowledge about SMPTE ST2110 or PTP.  The relevant standards will be introduced in summary, then a practical guide to some implementation considerations for small/medium sized projects.  Attendees will leave with a basic understanding of the standards involved and how they fit together, and pointers to more information for continued exploration in a self-paced manner.
