Job Security and What to Do If You Are Fired

Originally streamed March 16, 2023

If you started your career on-the-air, chances are good that at some point you were fired or laid off.  Perhaps you moved into engineering because the engineering position was safe. These days, no job is safe, but there are things you can do to improve your job security.  Radio veteran John Bisset, CPBE, and author of Radio World‘s Workbench column, discusses job security and how to handle being fired or RIFfed (reduction in force) in this timely webinar.
