Cybersecurity 2023

December 20, 2022

Originally streamed December 20, 2022

Cybersecurity continues to be a top-of-mind concern for the broadcast IT engineer. The continuous cat-and-mouse game between the cybercriminal and those responsible for providing reliable and secure broadcast IT systems never ends. Threats evolve over time and threat precautions must also evolve.

This webinar looks back at significant cybersecurity events occurring during the last year and look at the root cause of a successful threat.  A crystal ball look ahead at what 2023 might bring will be attempted with a focus on outlining key cybersecurity threat mitigation steps for the broadcast IT engineer to implement or insure they are implemented such as potential requirements of the anticipated FCC EAS Cybersecurity regulation enactment.
